Our mission is simple, offer an easy-to-use system, reduce downtime, cut costs, and maximize asset reliability, so businesses can focus on growth instead of firefighting maintenance problems.
From an oil & gas floor to 600+ locations
SaharaDesk started as a project for a leading Oil & Gas company. When we engaged their Maintenance team, we found a major gap, reporting maintenance issues involved a long, bureaucratic process before reaching the technicians. This delay increased downtime and drove up breakdown costs.
Our solution was to create a system where equipment users could log issues directly to the right technician through a smart assignment matrix. After months of collaboration, workshops, and system mock-ups, we launched the first version of SaharaDesk CMMS. Beyond work order management, we also streamlined how contractors submitted job costs and how the billing process was handled.
From there, we expanded into industries ranging from retail food chains and manufacturing plants to logistics fleets, hospitals, banks, and government facilities. This has transformed work for over 2,000+ users in 600+ locations across Africa.
